Princesses - We had a Princess Stitch-a-long earlier in the year, and had some lovely squares come in. A recent Backfill quilt has drawn heavily on these squares, so once again, we are low on Princess themed Any Child squares.

Princess themed quilts are our 3rd most popular choice, so having a good stock of them on standby is really helpful.

You can sign up more than once, and the same pattern can be chosen by more than one stitcher. Please use legitimate patterns if stitching Disney princesses. If you are a member of LQUK, there are some great selections in their files.

The purpose of this Stitch-a-long is to boost our Any Child Square stocks. Any Child squares are invaluable for filling vacancies caused by stitchers being unable to complete their sign-up on time and are lovingly called "lifesaver" squares. They are also used on Backfill quilts which are quilts where a shorter delivery time is required, or when we have some spare time to include the construction of another quilt into our schedule.

The deadline for a Stitch-a-long is more flexible than for a child signup so if you are running behind, it isn’t as critical to the construction of a quilt.
